Jason and Suzi’s Engagement Session

Jason and Suzi contacted me a few months ago about wedding photography, and I’ve been looking forward to getting them in front of my camera ever since! They’ll be tying the knot next month, and for their engagement shoot we decided to head up to Lincoln Memorial University where Jason proposed.

The campus was just beautiful, and I have to say, it was well worth the drive! Jason popped the question inside a gorgeous stone bath house, and the timelessness of the stone architecture and the surrounding hills provided the perfect setting for the beginning of an eternity together.

It was such a privilege to get to see where it all began for them, and I can’t wait to be there next month when they take the next step into forever!

Middleton Family

This photo shoot was hard fought for – we were rained out three times! The last of those was the day the tornados came through, so it was with a wary eye that we watched the sky last Saturday. Fortunately God was smiling on us that day, blessing us with beautifully overcast skies, and the rain held off until minutes after the last image was snapped! I was blessed to be able to photograph Tony and Maria last year for their anniversary, so I was tickled when Maria contacted me to set up a family shoot – as you can see, they have a couple of beautiful kids!

Arwood Family

A few days ago I got to have a really fun shoot with the Arwood Family. We were commemorating Mom and Dad’s anniversary, as well as getting some family shots, and of course some of the kiddos! Ryen and Lexy were just a dream to work with, and you can sure tell that Ryen loves being a big brother! He was great at getting both smiles and outright cackles out of Lexy, and I loved seeing them interact. Josh and Lisa are obviously great parents, and they have a gorgeous family!
